At ORYYNA, we value your trust and aim to offer complete transparency and customer satisfaction.
However, due to the nature of fine jewellery and made-to-order pieces, the following policy applies:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by writing to us at support@oryyna.com.
- Post the 12-hour window, cancellations will not be accepted as our artisans begin crafting your
order.
2. Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed unless the product is damaged or defective
upon arrival.
- Refunds will be processed only:
- If the item is defective/damaged upon delivery (verified by our team).
- If your order was cancelled within the eligible window.
3. Return Eligibility
- To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging along with the invoice.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Customised or engraved pieces
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items purchased on sale
